One Hundred Million for a Jail?

OK, now I have found that Walmart in Paola KS is charging, Sales Tax on Food Stamps. That is illegal. I confronted the store manager and she refused to address the issue. I went to place her under Citizens Arrest, KSA 22-2403 http://kansasstatutes.lesterama.org/Chapter_22/Article_24/22-2403.html , Paola PD threatened me. Sgt. Jenkins and Officer Razor refused to let me follow through with the Citizens Arrest. They committed, Felony Obstruction. They committed KSA 21-3808, http://kansasstatutes.lesterama.org/Chapter_21/Article_38/21-3808.html  and let her continue to steal money from the recipients of Food Stamps, a Federal Program, and city is receiving these stolen funds. We in Miami County Kansas got Fucked over an illegal ballot measure for a $100 million dollar jail. They illegally put together the ballot. In Kansas cities and counties can merge for as ballot issue. In doing this the city forfeits its Home Rule status. The ballot has to done on the county time frame and rules. They put the county sales tax measure on a city ballot. I am in the hospital still and have voiced the KSA's to the District Attorneys Office and all they are doing is bitching because the DA's backyard is now unsafe and it is ok to put the danger in someone elses. She could have filed the KSA's I spoke with them about, but she decided to FUCK US OVER instead. I will update when I get out of the Hospital and you will see where she is just conspiring with them. I found all the KSA's that make this Jail Issue illegal. I will also be asking for the activation of a RICO ACTS Extortion Racketeering Law Suit against all those involved also, filing at the Federal Level. The County of Miami County is going to spend $100 million to save us $2.5 million over 20 years.

I went to the August, 21St, and the August 14Th County Commission Meeting in Miami County and was told to shut up both days. That in its self is illegal. What was I speaking about? Their are two so called Not for Profits functioning in Miami County, Illegally. Cops For Tots and The Roots Festival do not have Charitable Organizational Licenses through the IRS. Then any No For Profits under any Department/Subordinate must get a GEN Number, Group Exemption Number, through the County Commissioners and through the IRS. See Form 990-EZ at the IRS website, http://www.irs.gov/instructions/i990ez/ and then click onto Item F, http://www.irs.gov/instructions/i990ez/ch02.html#d0e1415 It is a 4 Digit Number given by the IRS to designate the Non For Profit within the Department/Subordinate listed in the GEL. He continues to harass me and I keep filing with my Lawyer. I also have found that the Kansas Highway Patrol doesn't have jurisdiction on Highways if a Dirty Cop is functioning illegally.
